Our Story

Third Culture Native began with a blanket that was passed down in my family... a simple, loving gesture that gave me comfort, memory, and heritage across many moves and counties. When I became a mum, holding on to traditions became more important than ever. That blanket became a part of my new family, giving me and my baby a sense of belonging, and reminding me where I came from.

We are immigrants, children of immigrants, expats, travelers, and dreamers. We know what it feels like to live in the in-between – between languages, countries, and cultures. That’s why we create blankets that carry meaning as much as they carry warmth. They’re made to be packed up, traveled with, lived in, and handed down.

Each blanket is created to do more than keep you warm. It’s a piece of art and history that tells a story. It feels warm like a hug when you’re far from family, and draws attention as the centerpiece of any space.
